Having studied with Rolf Kubli in Zurich, where she gained her Diploma, she pursued further studies with Yona Ettlinger in Paris and Georg Zeretzke in Hanover. At the Mozarteum in Salzburg, she attended several master classes in clarinet and Chambermusic with Alois Heine and Enrico Mainardi. She makes regular guest appearances on radio and television, as well as in numerous concert halls in France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Austria, Israel, the USA and Switzerland.

Lux Brahn gives regular concert performances as a soloist with orchestra as well as with established chamber ensembles. Concerts with an accompanying commentary may be arranged on request. Lux Brahn has had several contemporary works dedicated to her and these may be integrated into concert programmes if so desired. She has performed across Europe and in the USA.

On the jury of various music competitions and diplomas.
